BER (Building Energy Rating) certificate requirements were introduced in 2009 and are now compulsory for all buildings that are being sold or are available for rent. O’Donovan & Associates are qualified BER assessors and are available to inspect your building.

This report gives recommendations to the building owner on how they may improve on their building’s BER rating, and consequently cut back on operating costs.
